Nerano Sea View House located a short distance from the charming port of Marina del Cantone, a simple but delightful two-story house with spectacular sea views for up to six people.
You will be able to spend many hours in the restaurants and beaches of Marina del Cantone, but if you wish to explore, you will find much nearby.

Marina del Cantone is a renowned seaside holiday destination and is located in the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula, a few minutes drive from the small town of Nerano. The port is renowned for having several world-class restaurants, each serving wonderful meals created with delicious local dishes. The pebble beaches are south facing, with warm, clear waters, and are only a two minute drive from the house.

There are more than 100km of marked country trails in Massa Lubrense, many of which have stunning views. Or why not take a boat to Capri, or visit Positano or Pompeii? Boat tours depart daily from the local marina for Positano, Amalfi and the island of Capri. The quaint mountain village of Sant'Agata is just 4km away, while another 10km is the lively seaside town of Sorrento with restaurants, bars and boutiques.

Nerano Sea View House has an abundance of outdoor living space from the garden courtyard at the entrance, perfect for alfresco dining, to the top floor sun terrace. With views to the sparkling blue waters of the Bay of Salerno, this is a truly special place to relax. There is everything you will need, whether eating with friends, soaking up rays, or simply relaxing with a glass of wine. You will find a barbeque, dining table for six, sun loungers, deck chairs and plenty of shade if needed.

The entrance to the house is via the front garden, which has the benefit of one reserved parking space. From here, you access the first floor of the house with open plan living/dining area, kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with washing machine.

The décor of the house is traditional, spacious and airy, with wooden doors that lead out to separate balconies from the living/dining room and bedrooms.

The kitchen is well equipped with all of the essentials, including a four burner gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The two double bedrooms on the ground level open onto the garden balcony which overlooks surrounding olive groves. The décor is neat and tasteful, with plenty of storage.

The second floor master bedroom radiates with light from its large wraparound glass windows and enjoys uninterrupted views of the Bay of Salerno. A double glass door leads out onto an oversized sun drenched rooftop terrace, perfect for sunbathing under the Mediterranean sun. There is a second ensuite bathroom on this level.

Two bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning - the master bedroom on the gound floor and the upper level bedroom. The house enjoys a speedy WiFi connection for your convenience.
