Casa Del Capitano is a former farmhouse reimagined into a luxurious coastal villa, featuring panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples, Capri Island, and the Mediterranean Sea. We can organize any type of activity or service for our guests, from home grocery delivery to a dinner prepared in the villa by our Chef, to a fun Pizza Party with pizzas made by our Pizzaiolo, boat trips to Capri, Positano, or Amalfi with pick-up from the villa, airport transfers, local transfers, and private van tours of the Coast and Pompeii.

Indoors:



Main Living Space: Casa Del Capitano is designed on a single level, with an additional garden suite for added privacy. The main entrance opens to a contemporary-designed living space, furnished with two stylish sofas, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a dining area with a cozy fireplace overlooking the gardens and sea views. A signature colour scheme of blue and green majolica and white walls creates a serene Mediterranean ambiance.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The main villa offers three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in rain showers and stocked with luxurious toiletries. A service bathroom is also accessible from the main living area. The garden suite includes a private double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and opens onto a secluded patio with views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.



Outdoors:



Casa Del Capitano’s outdoor spaces are crafted for relaxation and enjoyment.



Patio and Gardens: The villa’s shaded patio is furnished for lounging and al fresco dining, complete with a barbecue area. The Mediterranean gardens extend to a pool area with a heated pool, furnished with sun loungers, large umbrellas, and an expansive lawn perfect for sunbathing and unwinding.



Pool heating is available between April 1st and June 15th, and again from September 15th to October 30th, upon prior request and at no additional cost, with a maximum temperature of 28°C.

Sorrento: Situated 12 kilometers away, Sorrento offers rich shopping, dining, and scenic views of the coastline.



Arrival and Check-In Information



Check-in time: Between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Late arrivals may be accommodated with advance notice and an additional fee.



Check-out time: By 10:00 am.



Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available on request, subject to availability and extra charges.

Events and Gatherings: Prior approval required for gatherings; unauthorized events are not allowed.
