Indoors:

Ground Floor: The main entrance opens to a sophisticated living area furnished with Italian antiques and warm-toned upholsteries, creating a cozy ambiance. To the right, the dining room features vaulted windows with views of the patio and Mediterranean gardens. A comfortable lounge area with garden views is accessible to the left, as well as a single bedroom with an external bathroom with shower and a service bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is adorned with traditional Italian majolica from Vietri and vaulted ceilings.

Upper Levels: A marble staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom offers additional comfort. Ascending to the second floor, three double bedrooms each feature en-suite bathrooms, while two additional bedrooms with twin beds share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. This floor also boasts an intimate living area and a terrace with panoramic views.

Depandance: the villa’s annex in the garden provides extra privacy, with a comfortable double bedroom, living space with double sofa bed, a dining area, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen.

Suite: the villa’s suite with independent access from the garden consists of an elegant and spacious double bedroom, private bathroom with a shower and anteroom with a single sofa bed.


Outdoors:

Casa Bianca’s outdoor areas are designed to capture the essence of the Mediterranean.

Patio and Gardens: A main gate leads to a shaded patio with lounge furniture and an outdoor dining area complete with an equipped kitchen, pizza oven and barbecue. The garden extends over a 10 meter private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and a large lawn for sunbathing, and a comfortable changing room with showers.

Events and Gatherings: Prior approval required; unauthorized events are not permitted.

Accessibility: for guests with reduced mobility, Casa Bianca has provided a single room on the ground floor, accessible with a ramp, and a bathroom with various comforts. The upper floor is accessed via a staircase.
