Villa Aprea - Luxury villa with breathtaking views and a private heated pool

Villa Aprea enjoys a privileged location in Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, offering panoramic views of the island of Capri and the Gulf of Naples; it is ideal for small groups, families, or those seeking space, luxury, comfort, and tranquility in a Mediterranean setting, while still being within easy reach of all basic amenities and exclusive destinations such as Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, and Capri.
All rooms open onto large furnished terraces, a pergola with an outdoor kitchen overlooking the sea, a barbecue area, a pizza oven, and a spectacular lawn perfect for endless sunbathing, complete with a private pool heated during the coldest months.


Villa Aprea is spread over three floors connected by a comfortable internal staircase and can accommodate up to 10 people: the -1 floor and the first floor have independent access from the outside.
Floor -1: a comfortable kitchen with direct access to the outside, a living room, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom.
First floor: a large living room with a terrace and a double bedroom with a private bathroom.
Floor 1: three double bedrooms, all featuring splendid terraces, two of which have private bathrooms and one with a shared bathroom.
Outdoor spaces: The outdoor areas of Villa Aprea offer ample space for sunbathing, dining, and relaxing; they feature a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven.
The pool area is furnished with sun loungers and offers a serene environment for relaxation, with sweeping views of the coast.
Pool Heating: Available upon request, pool heating is offered from April 1 to June 15 and from September 15 to October 30, with temperatures set around 27°C.

Accessibility: Due to the villa’s multi-level design and outdoor staircases, Villa Aprea is not recommended for guests with limited mobility or those in wheelchairs.
Car Recommendation: Given the narrow road leading to the villa, we recommend a small- to medium-sized car for ease of access.

Arrival and Departure
Standard check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m.
In case of flight delays or any unforeseen inconveniences while traveling, please contact the property. Late arrivals are accommodated for an additional fee.
Check-out time is 10 a.m. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and an additional fee.

Tourist Tax
The municipality where the property is located charges a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated based on the number of nights in your reservation: 3€ per adult per night (From April 1 to October 31)

Services included in the rate
- Swimming Pool:
open from April 1 to October 31.
heated from April 1 to June 15 and from September 15 to October 31.
The pool can be heated to 27° (81°F) or higher depending on the season (please request this service in advance, as heating takes some time). This service is provided free of charge in spring, fall, and winter, unless severe (and unlikely) weather conditions (e.g., strong winds from the north—you can check the forecast on Windfinder or a similar site) prevent it.

- Towels and sheets are changed every 7 days. Changing linens during your stay and any extra cleaning requested by guests will incur an additional charge.
