Villa Talassia is a charming two-story villa built sheer above the sea and with direct access to the sea. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Talassia you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the island of Capri. Villa Talassia is 180 square meters (1940 square feet). It features direct access to the sea, a private terrace, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store at 3.7 km (roughly 2.3 miles), the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach (rocky) at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away).
You will reach Villa Talassia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Talassia, you will need a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Talassia is along a 1-kilometer (0.6-mile) unpaved road, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a platform built on the rocks. You will reach it from the villa going down a route that cuts through green Mediterranean gardens and includes approximately 160 stairway steps. The area is equipped with three sun umbrellas, six sun loungers and an external shower. The access to the sea is shared with guests staying at other nearby villas. The platform is tended by a caretaker, who resides on the premises.
Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a small sofa, two armchairs and masonry benches. On the patio you will find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea.
Ground FloorTerrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with a wood bench, as well as with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the island of Capri.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant, and include a L-shaped sofa and an armchair. There is a big and elegant fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The two dining tables can accommodate 12 guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through three French doors. The room also has two arched windows. Here you will also find a ceiling fans.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table is a wall mounted table, and can accommodate two guests. The kitchen also has a small high window, as well as a arched window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). There is a nice fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a pull-out single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has two arched windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with light-blue mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

The first bathroom is decorated with light-blue mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
