The kitchen is large and open-plan, fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 6 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and it connects directly to both the garden and the terrace. The ground floor is served by 2 shower rooms, each with bidet and WC.
