“Extremely disappointed with this hotel and the way our stay was handled. The room was way overpriced for the condition and amenities. There was no pool, and our first room didn't even have a working TV, so we had to switch rooms. The second room wasn't any better—the toilet ran constantly and the TV wouldn't even shut off. When we brought up the issues and asked for some type of credit for the expensive room and all the inconveniences, no one was willing to do anything. Instead, we were told...

“I was there for just one night and I arrived late and left early. The bathroom was clean, but it was an accessible shower and the floor wasn’t slanted to the drain, so the entire floor became soaking wet. There were also items left behind by others, just under the bed and the chair. So the visual surfaces appeared clean, but just under the bed and chair were definitely not!”

We were able to sit outside and watch the 4th of July fireworks around a fire pit. Our room was perfect with the brightest bathroom. Would definitely stay her again!”
