“I liked the people at the front desk coming and going. they were very helpful and made the stay nicer. The TV remote and system was terrible. Replaced remote 3 times and never fully worked. Had to get up to turn on and off, volume. Need to work on that. Pool closed but didn't bother us. Overall, we had a great time.”

“Nice size room, bed was comfy, pool & hot tub nice, only downfall was breakfast, not only do you have to pay for what other hotels give you complimentary, it wasn't stocked, maybe 6 people in the dining area & there was hardly any food, all the hit items were about empty, we ended up going out to eat.”

“The night staff was very helpful, internet was down and she did what she could as far as checking us in but the following morning the staff started calling our room at 7:45 a.m to check us in for the following night. We had been up the night before due to a medical issue in our family, and felt the phone call could’ve waited until later? “It was all just "fine". The room was very average, bed lumpy and linens scratchy. There are cheaper hotels nearby that are just as good. Because it cost more I thought this would be a step up, but it's not. Next time I will go down the road where I can get free continental breakfast and the same level of room. No reason to stay in an oversized, dark room with limited amenities that costs more than what is down the street.”
