“We stayed one night as part of us travelling back to Sweden from Kos. We received OK service from the reception, being able to check in late at night when we arrived. However, there was no hot water in the tap in the bathroom (and only luke warm water in the shower). Also, the pillows where very thick/high and uncomfortable. The room's AC was quite noisy. The hotel building facilities are quite worn down and would be in need of a renovation.”

"A pleasant and well-managed hotel experience We had an enjoyable stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach. The hotel is well-maintained, the room was spotless with very comfortable beds, and housekeeping was consistently great. The staff were courteous and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The pool areas are beautifully designed, and the water slides were a highlight for our children. The food was both varied and of good quality, catering well to different tastes. There is, however, room for improvement in service efficiency. Empty glasses around the chess pool area were not always cleared promptly, and during lunch and dinner, drink refills often involved long waiting times. Introducing self-service stations for soft drinks and water would enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, a very positive stay, and we would gladly consider returning."
