Excellent house, located in the Reserva de Sauípe Condominium, with impeccable infrastructure and private access to the beach!

It has a living room with Smart TV, wi-fi, full kitchen, 5 bedrooms (4 suites), all air-conditioned. In addition, it has a wonderful outdoor area, with a swimming pool with hydromassage and LED lighting, garden and barbecue.

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): 1 queen bed, split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Suite 1 (Superior): 1 queen bed, split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Suite 2 (Superior): 2 bunk beds, split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Suite 3 (Superior): 2 bunk beds, split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Suite 4 (Superior): 1 queen bed, split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Note: We have 1 portable crib.

In addition to everything the condominium offers (complete infrastructure, swimming pool, gourmet lounge, kids' area, party room, games room, playground, and sports courts), it also has private access to the beach, approximately a 5-minute walk away.

*A fee is required for use of the party room.

It's worth noting that Sauípe has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia.
