They are currently renovating so don’t plan on an afternoon nap. However, everything else was great. Building is clean, quiet at night and service was great. The breakfast was great, typico nica with cafe and smoothie. Cooling breeze through the dinning area.

I stayed at this property several times and thoroughly enjoyed the staff and the accommodations. I would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my stays here. I stayed here multple times on consecutive and non-consecutive nights, and during all those times I switched between two room types. I found the rooms to be comfortable, modern, and adequate for my needs. The beds were comfortable, the air worked well, and the shower was hot. Although I never got hot water to work in the sink in either room, it was a very minor inconvenience. As with many hotels, there were some scuff marks on the walls and some scratched furniture that could be easily remedied. I would recommend that the cleaning staff more thoroughly review the rooms daily. Towels and sheets must be changed daily, and items should be removed from service when appropriate e g., tears, stains, etc. The shower drains must also be cleaned daily. The hotel staff, including the outside night security personnel, were welcoming and friendly. The owner was especially wonderful. I would definitely visit that hotel again.

Excelente en general. Limpieza extraordinaria. Camas y almohadas muy confortables. Alrededores ruidisos pero comprensible por la ubicación céntrica del hotel. El desayuno lo sirven tarde, a las 7:30 a.m. sin embargo agradecimos que por gestiones lo sirvieron alas 7 a.m. El horario de desayuno debería iniciar más temprano.

Muchas gracias por sus bonitos comentarios, nos place se haya sentido bien, el desayuno se sirve a partir de las 7:00 AM., en su caso fue un error haber dicho 7:30, saludes

Stayed during low season, great service, breakfast included was a big portion with delicious smoothie added was a plus! I would love to stay here again in the future!

Sentimos el inconveniente o mal entendido. se dio, al no leer los términos de la reservacion, la agencia de reservaciones no cobra, es el huésped al final quien paga en el Hotel.

Very conveniently located in Matagalpa. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate. The included breakfast are amazing. It Was Fine. A Solid 2-star Hotel -- Maybe.
It was fine. They lock the gate at night and there's no way out should one so desire. The owner lives on the property so, I assume, were there a fire and the owner was still conscious, then he'd have a key to open the locked gate. The TV worked, the a/c blew cold air and there was hot water out of the shower - eventually. The staff were friendly and hospitable. No complaints but Celebertti is remarkably average.

Thanks for your commets, it is important for us to read and then improve for a better service. We close doors at night for security but theres always someone ready to open for our clients. We will work better after your commets and next time you visit us you are going to enjoy and feel better.
