Although our room only had a small kitchenette (which we had chosen) it was well stocked with equipment.

âGood kitchen with stove and microwave but no microwaveable cooking dishes. Good internet and lighting. Hotel is on main road so some truck noise early in the evening. Close to the National park and shops. Compact room but adequate for a couple.â
âhad a bit of trouble with payment but it was on me, and im very thankful that they handled the situation very well! the staff was nice, and the room and place is clean!! this is probably the best accommodation i booked so far with my family and would definitely comeback here again soon!! â
âGet me right guys - Thos Hotel does not compare with five star hotels in big cities like Singapore, HongKong or London... BUT In the Mount Ruapehu region this is a good as it gets - Excellent service quality, polite and correct staff, good room quality... etc...
- The only thing we could ask for on top of everything else delievered would be a breakfast-buffet. But this is most certainly a "margin comment"....
