The sleepout, connected to the main house via verandah, boardwalk, and tropical gardens, offers added privacy with its own kitchenette, ensuite, and courtyard.

The BBQ area is perfect for summer meals, while the outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a beach day quick and easy. After a day of exploring, unwind in the private outdoor bath, tucked away for peaceful relaxation or enjoy the selection of board games and books that Living The Dream has to offer.
Matarangi Beach is just a four-minute walk away - ideal for swimming, boogie boarding, or a leisurely walk along the shore. The scenic Matarangi Bluff Track is also a two-minute drive, while the Village Green Park offers a fun spot for family outings. Head into the heart of Matarangi in about five-minutes by car to enjoy cafes, shops, and a round at The Dunes Golf Resort.
