“There is definitely potential in this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful but it surprises me it got such a high reviews. The location is quite boring and there is nothing around which requires you to take a taxi anywhere you want to go. When we got there the hotel was overly crowded as well. Breakfast was also quite full in the morning. The staff was however friendly and especially the ones that worked in the restaurant and room service. “For sure the staff, clean room. One night we had a problem with the lights, not shutting off and they fixed it in the next day, also apologizing for what happened giving an afternoon tea as a courtesy. I recommend, great location and awesome amenities.”
