There are two rooms with king size beds and Emma mattresses, and one room with a single and pull out trundle mattress. The front bedroom has a stunning view over the mill pond, the back bedroom looks over the hot tub and drive area.

The two larger bedrooms have smart tv’s. And all have bedside tables. There is a shelf and rail with hangers for your clothing but no drawers so please be mindful of this. We have tried to keep the space as open as possible.

The bathroom has a bath and walk in shower, sink and toilet.

The living room has a 43 inch smart tv with apps including Netflix, Disney plus and prime. Netflix account is included in your stay. There is a large 4 seater snug velvet sofa and large armchair.

Towards the dining area is a kitchen island with 6 round stools, built in wine fridge and pop up speakers. Perfect area for family and friends to gather for food or games. There is also a cocktail cabinet with a ice bucket, cocktail glasses and cocktail menu. Within this is also jigsaws and games and brochures of the local area attractions.

The kitchen had a huge LG instaview fridge holding enough room for a large family for 2 weeks. A water dispenser and ice machine also and great freezer space.

The kitchen has a double oven, perfect for large family meals. Induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, dishwasher and cafetiere.

The kitchen window looks out to the back patio where there is a hot tub and tiki bar. There are patio doors out to this Astro turf area in the dining space. The garden is enclosed with a gate at the driveway to keep pets and children safe, however it opens onto a very quiet lane. If you follow the lane up you can go into the woods and down to cromford canal. Perfect for dog walkers.

The front garden has a stunning view over the pond, a dining table, sofa area and table. Gas bbq, glass balcony, egg chair and children’s playhouse.

The house is less than a 5 minute walk to one of 3 pubs, restaurants, fish and chips, small village shop and chocolatier!

The house is a 25-30 minute walk to Matlock bath, 10 minute walk to Arkwright mills and 15 minute drive to Matlock. There is lots to do for all the family. There is water sports companies in Matlock who do kayaking down the river.

Guests will have exclusive access to the whole house and private driveway
Other things to note
This home is in a residential area. Noise is strictly to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. The hot tub is not to be used after 10pm. Please respect the neighbours.
