Welcome to our charming pool house, located in the tranquil and picturesque town of Lavra, just steps from the golden sands of the beach. This seaside retreat offers the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure, where you can enjoy the serenity of the coast and the convenience of modern amenities.



Our spacious house is ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a memorable getaway. With modern and cozy décor, every corner has been designed to provide comfort and style. The bedrooms are bright and airy, with soft beds that guarantee a good night's sleep after a day of fun in the sun.

Located just a few minutes' walk from Lavra beach, this house is a paradise for sea lovers. Furthermore, Lavra is a convenient base for exploring the wonders of northern Portugal. There are 3 apartments by the pool and a main house with 3 bedrooms.



The pool is shared by everyone!



Whether for a relaxing beach holiday or an exciting adventure exploring the region, our house in Lavra is the perfect starting point for your next unforgettable vacation. We look forward to welcoming you soon!



Guests will have the entire space available.



- Children are not allowed.



- There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200.



- Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply up to a limit of €80.



- For the first few days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a garbage bag.



- Extra keys: $20 (extra pair of keys when available)



- Lost keys or opening the door during your stay will incur an extra charge according to the following times: between 9:00 and 18:00: €25; other times: €50;



- Extra cleaning with bed linen and towels: the price of a cleaning fee.



- The premises can only be used by registered guests;



- It is important to provide the check-in time at least 24 hours before arrival.



Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Staying beyond this time without prior notice and authorization from your host will incur an extra fee of €25 for each hour of late check-out.
