âThe property was affordable and convenient for our families needs. Was surprised that there was no shower but managed ok with a bath. It was difficult at first to find the property off the main road as there was no signage. Other than that it was good. â

The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. I stayed in two different rooms, one didn't have the possibility to lock the bathroom.
No restaurant within walking distance and no possibility to make your own food except for a water boiler. Really low level of sounds proofing.

âWILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. A member of my party arrived on the check in date with the confirmation from Hotels.com. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM.
Hotels.com worked with me to resolve the issue, but the Kesmo Lodge was completely absent and not part of the solution. â

âThe hotel is situated on dirt roads and is close to nothing. The rooms had dead bugs and it seemed unkept. Our reservation included free airport pickup and free breakfast. However, we had to pay for transfer and no free breakfast. According to the hostess, we paid a special rate and it did not include those items. âArrived early and were cheerily checked in at once. Lovely room with kitchenette. We thought we were getting a king bed plus sofa bed, but the manageress got the maid to make up 2 singles so we both slept well.
