"Le Cabanon" is a small gîte converted from the owner's former workshop. Located on the edge of the property, in a quiet setting, not overlooked, it faces the fields. You can, however, enjoy the wonderful amenities of the Domaine du Tarda, which also houses a family guesthouse in the main house. This pretty building, with its brick and pebble walls, is just a few meters from the saltwater swimming pool (open from June to October), the barbecue area, the children's playground (swing set), and the bowling alley. A private garden lounge is located under the trees, providing welcome shade in summer. Parking is available. Pets are not allowed. Le Cabanon has been designed to accommodate vacationing couples or workers year-round, seeking tranquility, independence, and a connection with nature. Auterive is 6 km away, Toulouse 38 km. The owner can offer to drive guests in his vintage car to explore the surrounding area. The studio is all on one level: entrance to the kitchen, dining area, and relaxation area. The sleeping area is located behind a screened porch with a 160cm double bed. The bathroom/toilet is open to the bedroom (no door). Electric heating. Internet connection.
