âWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this castle. The host Loic and his nephew were very friendly and welcoming and the castle with its rooms were fantastic. We got a complimentary 1.5 hour tour of the castle and got to know more about its history and the knight who built it. Its been in the current owners family since the 16th century. I definately recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.â
âWe were only there for one night after visiting Puy du Fou. It was absolutely fine. Nothing fancy, but the bedding was clean, the bathroom was clean and the staff were friendly.â

âWe had a lovely overnight stay en route to the south of France. We arrived quite late as we had been at Puy Du Fou during the day, but communication was easy with the lovely host. We received a very warm welcome and were shown to our enormous family suite. Breakfast the following morning was delicious - yogurt, fruit, croissants, brioche, fruit tart and coffee / hot chocolate - perfect to set us up for a long drive. The dogs were a hit with the children too.

The owners are a charming couple who are also bilingual in French and English. The property and gardens are absolutely lovely and peaceful. â
