“El hotel está en muy malas condiciones, el piso malo, el lavamanos malo, el secador malo. La l olor del cuarto era de mucha humedad.”

“The staff (especially the poor women who had to get us new sheets during the evening) was so nice. I didn't see many of them so I hope they aren't stretched to thin (as someone who was a retail manager I get it but still) I do wish there was better creamer options for coffee and a few different breakfast options. Thank you to all the worked there during our stay”

“Wish there were handicapped rooms with walk in shower and no tubs.”

“Best elevator ride in the history of any stay I’ve had anywhere.”

“The main issues were there was not a working ice machine in the whole hotel for our entire 4 day stay. The treadmill also was not working. Our toilet ran the whole time. The curtain had something sticky on it and stained. The chair in the room was stained and torn.”
