âThe staff are hands down some of the nicest people we have met. The shuttle to the Mayo clinic is so convenient. The hotel is clean, friendly and as close to feeling like being at home that you could ask for.
Would stay here everytime we are in Rochester. â
âLocation is nice and has a lovely walking trail close by, both panera and bww within walking distance.
We got a huge room with a kitchen and a nice comfortable bed. Staff at check in was very friendly and had a lot of great tips for our trip.
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, would have preferred more healthy options like fruit, granola and yoghurt.

âVery convenient to St. Mary's campus as it is a walk across the street. Road construction in front of the hotel made it a little difficult to find, but that's temporary. I would stay here again. â
âGreat place to stay if going to Mayo. You donât have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. Thereâs room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in...

âMy children and I were in town for a concert and we couldnât camp another night; I called early in the morning and asked if there were any rooms that we could check into right away because we had barely slept, the woman at the front desk that day was absolutely wonderful, she waited on the phone with me to make sure my reservation came through and she assigned us a room that we could check into early. 10/10 Will definitely be back. â

"Nice staff. Very close to Mayo St Marys, shuttle bus or 15-20 min walk to Mayo main building. Good coffe bar. The room had no windows, it had windows to the corridor that had windows. Comfortable bed."
