“Minnies cottage is in the middle of very beautiful farmland, it's close to Killeavy Castle, walking distance to a nice little pub called Johnny Murphy's and a small grocery store. The hosts and the property is warm and inviting. There were 4 of us and there was lots of room, 3 couches. The owners take pride in their property, it's very well built, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this property if you just want a couple of days in the country or are attending a wedding at the castle.”

“Rostrevor was the first place my traveling companion arrived and the staff was amazing. Bart & Deidra run that place. First ones in the morning, last ones at night closing the place with a smile in their faces. The bar was amazing with good music, we loved being so close to other places to explore, walk & have a coffee! ”

“Room was clean and staff were great. Only downside was the insanely noisy DJ in the bar area immediately below my room that did not wrap up until 1am. Not my finest nights sleep but it was only for one night so…”

“Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again.”

“Hotel is in a great location and has good facilities but it looking a little tired in places notably around the pool and spa area. Breakfast was good but some of the cooked items could have been better. I booked a double double room for our family night away. Checked in and was given room 111 which was an unpleasant dark and cramped accessible room, windows were covered in frosted glass so you could not see out as it overlooked a utility courtyard.
