“The room was clean and staff was helpful. Overall the hotel is beginning to show its age. Carpets in the elevators looked used and old. Night general manager was very help in getting us situated after a late arrival.”

“The bathtub did not appear clean and was not safe (no gripping material in tub to prevent slipping and falling). Also poor water pressure in shower. Housekeeping was good.Very noisy late at night, kids running up and down the steps and in hallway and in and out the exit door (my room was underneath the staircase and near the exit door). “We were in town for a concert and only needed the room for one night, so it was okay. However, we were given a room with a broken hot tub and there was no hair dryer as advertised. I had to go out and buy a new one so that was an inconvenience.”

“Looking to book a hotel here ? Please don’t . The place looks run down . The moment I checked in, it smelled like onions…. And not clean . I only booked this place for 1 night but couldn’t bear the smell of urine and cigarettes. The bathroom was the worst; the toilet was dirty.”

“The room was absolutely lovely.as were the front desk staff. The restaurant entrees were not good. At all. Cold Rigatoni, short ribs with no sauce, overcooked medium rare steak, no goat cheese on a goat cheese pizza and dried out lamb on a lamb pizza. However the truffle focaccia and mac and cheese were wonderful, but two out of eight is not a good. Drinks are obscenely priced. $26 for a southern comfort and ginger ale... before tip.
