During your stay, Wi-Fi, smart TV, bed linen, bath towels, and some basic courtesy items are provided during your stays such as toilet paper, soap, body wash, and shampoo. Please note that these items are not restocking. When the ones we provide run out, you'll have to buy more if you need them.

To ensure your arrival is comfortable, our check-in schedule is set from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. During this period, our friendly team will be waiting to welcome you and provide you with the keys to your accommodation.

We understand that travel plans can vary and unforeseen situations can arise at times. However, due to logistical reasons, it's important for you to arrive within this designated timeframe.

After your booking confirmation, please send us a copy of your ID and the IDs of the guests that will be staying in the apartment.
It's mandatory for the access to the apartment and the residence.

The apartment is located in Torre CENTRAL 102, 2 minutes walking from the beach, 15 minutes away from the historic center, 20 minutes away from Cerritos, and 5 minutes away by car from the Golden Zone, the preferred place to have fun and relax for locals and visitors.

Camarón Beach, Gaviotas Beach, and Cerritos Beach are just a few minutes away!
Here you can swim, enjoy the sun and have fun with water sports, such as kayaking and windsurfing, or enjoy beautiful views by parasailing.
If you like golf, enjoy the spectacular 27-hole course.

Do not miss the opportunity to make a brief visit to one of the beautiful islands that are off the coast of Mazatlan. Visit Isla de Los Venados, Isla de Los Pajaros, and Isla de Los Lobos in one day to enjoy its beautiful beaches and amazing wildlife.
