The hot tub is ready year round and swimming pool during season.
We are an animal rescue & your pets are welcome (must be animal friendly or restricted to cabin & back yard) $40.00 one-time pet cleaning fee is required prior to arrival.

Guests are welcome to use our private drive and hiking/running trails.
Guests are welcome to fish in our stocked ponds (catch and release only.) We are willing to help accommodate special occasions, such as weddings, reunions, or any other special occasion, with advanced notice (Please use our “Special Event” listing or reach out to us for pricing.)
NOTICE: the standard booking for “guest house” is for one guest; additional guests are $40.00 per person and only with advanced notice (at least 24 hrs; which allows us to plan for extra linens, breakfasts, and other complimentary items.) additionally, guest pets, single or multiple, are welcome (your pet MUST be friendly to other dogs/cats or be restricted to inside the cabin and back yard only.) An additional $40.00 will be charged for clean up/maintenance fees (please reach out to us if needed for more details prior to your arrival.)

We value personal and guest privacy. We will greet you in person and give you a quick tour of your space and instructions about the property. Once we get you check in, your time is yours and all we want is to provide you the rest and relaxation you deserve! (Of course, guests may call on us any time for their needs.)

BREAKFASTS:
We do serve our “5-star done country style” breakfasts every morning (between 8:00 - 11:00, unless special arrangements have been made.) they will be served at your front door. We do not have a menu; the pics on our listing are of actual guests’ breakfasts, made with the highest quality organic ingredients. We stock most of the regular ingredients but certain fruits are seasonal and may not be in stock. We are a small home kitchen so we ask that only one main course be requested per cabin (sides will be made to order for each guest.)
On rare occasions your hosts will be absent; if so, we will notify you at least 1 week in advance or upon booking and we will provide you with farm fresh eggs and breakfast meats from Lovera’s Grocery and will also refund $25.00 for that day of your stay.
We have an electric car/EV destination charger, charging station for your smart car as well.
We are willing to make special accommodations according to guest’s needs, with appropriate
notification.
NOTICE: Swimming pool, hot tub, ponds, trails, row-boat, playground, ZIP-LINE, Trampoline, fire-pits, cabana/amphitheater and/or any other equipment or activities on our property is at your own risk and children under 18 must be supervised.)

We are 2 miles from Eufaula lake, Only 7 miles from McAlester, 6 miles from Krebs and 20 miles from Robbers Cave state park!
We have no neighbors within view, No road/street noise; Privacy from public view (no one can view sanctuary from public road.)
We are within 10 minutes from Moonshiners Liquor; famous for their imported selection, local/domestic beer/wine/spirits and for excellent customer service!
