Three Master Suite Getaway overlooking Spring Mountain, Family and Dog Friendly.

The space:
This brand new home, was specifically designed as a vacation getaway for 3-families, featuring Three (3) Master Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and Two (2) bunk rooms which share a full-bath. A half bath on the first floor provides for the privacy of these areas from additional day guests.

The house has two entertainment areas – on the 1st level guests can enjoy a beautiful farmhouse modern kitchen, large dining area and cinema area; and on the 2nd level guests can enjoy billiards, game and cinema areas.

A state-of-the-art heating and air conditioning system was installed with multi-zone control in every room, allowing for all guests to choose their comfort in each space.

Every wall was insulated for sound proofing so guests can retreat from gatherings in the main space for some quiet rest as needed.

The fully outfitted kitchen features quartz countertops. A large dining room table provides seating for 12, in addition to the seating provided at the kitchen’s island, perfect for family reunions and large gatherings.

The home includes a separate laundry room with a new washer and dryer. Two tankless water heaters were installed so guests can enjoy a warm shower on demand.

A expansive front porch allows for guests to enjoy sunsets and views of springs mountain and the meadow, where wildlife frequently roam.

Ponderosa Park and the Golf course is right down the street, and downtown McCall is just a short bike ride away.

Australian Family White Christmas

Travelling a long way to enjoy a White Christmas and the Mountain Farmhouse was a perfect location and well equiped house that helped make it a wonderful experience for a large group.

Summer fun

Second year we have stayed at this property, everyone enjoys our trip to McCall and this property helps in that. Has area where we can all eat and visit, also has area where kids can play and watch TV. Had one issue with AC in one bedroom and Amber dealt with it immediately.

The property was very spacious and new. The location near the state park was ideal. The property could use some more linens, namely washcloths. There were only one in each bathroom, which is not enough for a larger family.

Relax in McCall

Our stay was great! Amber was very quick to respond to our questions. Everyone enjoyed the layout of the house and property. House was well stocked with items needed in kitchen to doing wash. Have been coming to McCall for years, and this property ranks in the favorites.

Lots of space and beautiful views!

Our initial reaction when walking in was how large each of the rooms were. There were 4 families in our group, totaling 12 people, and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We appreciated the bedroom/bathroom suites, where our individual families had our own space throughout our stay (with more than enough hot water to go around). There was plenty of room around the dining table for each of us and the family/TV room upstairs was plenty large enough for our entire group. The pool table was a huge hit with everyone, even the littles, as there were smaller cues available for use. We also appreciated the use of garage space to store our boat when not in use. The icing on the cake were the beautiful sunset views off the back porch. It felt very nice and private. We would for sure recommend this property to our friends!

Wonderful stay in McCall

Mountain Farmhouse is a fantastic place to stay. There is every amenity you could wish for. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The view in the backyard is amazing. It’s an easy drive to town and the owners are very responsive. Such a lovely time!

Great home tons of space to spread out.

Amber was a great host and communication was awesome. This is a new construction home that is very well supplied with everything you need to host even a large group. This is a new construction home and there were a few small details to complete the fit and finish.

Birthday weekend getaway

This is a beautiful new house that fit all 7 of us adults and one toddler very comfortably. It was stocked with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable which made it easy for us to do a little sleeping in. If I had to critique anything it would be maybe get a little better lighting in the bathrooms. Once the yard gets put in and a few finishing touches to the inside it will be perfect. The location was close to town but not to close only 5 minutes away. Amber was very easy to communicate with and got us into the house earlier than expected and left us a fun welcoming surprise, I won't tell you what it was so when you stay it will be a surprise for you as well. We will be back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Family getaway

Location of home was fantastic, home was clean, look was beautiful, pool table was something we wouldn’t enjoy and we did, plus, all the things we needed (and didn’t think we needed!) were stocked in the home. Amber had fantastic communication and quick to help. I would absolutely stay here for any type of gathering or reason here at this home again
