“About the hotel itself, I have nothing but good things to say. Despite there being no front/receptionist desk (you have to contact their sister Hotel The Windsor Hotel) and no actual keys (both the hotel door and the room doors use numerical button plates with a code to or each provided when you check in), the rooms are quite comfortable and large enough to move around in; my own room could have accommodated two (a four-poster bed and a sofa bed). Parking was great. Great boutique hotel. They had a cover band downstairs in the bar and we could barely hear them. They way they repurposed this building into a boutique hotel was amazing.”

“Parking spots are limited (and cost $20/day), but a short 6-7 minute walk away is the civic Cooper Lot which is free. The Avon Theatre is only two minutes away, and the Festival Theatre is perhaps 15-20 minutes away. Nicely located.”

“what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”
