If you stay here best you bring a pair of earmuffs/ear plugs. Have never stayed where the traffic noise in the front of the building was so loud and constant all night long. Then to add to the noise in the front, there was a train track in the rear. One more caution - save yourself from indigestion and skip "their' minimum breakfast and go across the street to Waffle House.

I gave it a higher review because of the friendly staff. I booked this location mainly because it had an indoor pool. Never during booking or check in where we told the pool was closed, my daughter was disappointed. The shower head was covered in mold and someone elses pubic hair was on the wall of the shower. Place has clearly not been cleaned well.

Staff was pleasant and friendly. They called a few minutes after we arrived and asked if everything was ok. The fan in the bathroom was TERRIBLY noisy. When I told them they asked if we wanted to change rooms. We just didnt use the fan. Bkf was very minimal. Not too bad for a one night stay while traveling. Very good shower and comfortable beds.

The room didn't have a tub ,was very dirty had to get cleaner to clean it to take a shower since they refused to put me in another room staff was rude had to ask for towels and when checking out a RAT ran across the lobby when we told desk manager he stated yes we know it came from outside never again they didn't even compensated for the issues

Don't stay here.
We arrived very tired, key wouldnt work, had to go back to desk, ice machine broken, desk brought us ice, were told about buffet breakfast which was stuff to be heated up in micro, 1 jam choice, no peanut butter, or ketchup. Coffee was terrible, garbage pails in coffee area overflowing. Bed wasnt level, sloped to middle.overall bad experience!

Very economical place to stay with friendly staff and adequate continental breakfast (kudos for having it available on Christmas Day when we stayed there). Low marks for cleanliness because the fixtures in the bathroom were rusty and rickety, although they worked okay.

Do you like choo choos?
Location is terrible, traffic is constant hard to get in and out of. Railroad track directly behind hotel, train horns sounding all his of the night.

I was very disappointed ☹️ in the place and the review online was good but in-person seen the place… I will never stay there again… the 3rd floor where they was putting me; was stink of weed, cigarettes and in the room the walls was dirty, the curtain and a/c was black and full of mold… the bed was stainy, room was dusty..had to ask for an change room… went to the first floor it was okay but wasn’t the best…. Cause when I left up the sheet and the mattress cover full of so much stain and yellow stuff on the mattress… had to ask to change everything on that bed… I was so dissatisfied with everything. When you ask the housekeepers to clean the bathroom 🚽 they use only water to wash the shower and the toilet bowl… (no bleach, no fabulous, pine sol) those housekeepers don’t know anything about been an housekeeper cause it was disgusting… good thing I bring Clorox wipes/ and sanitizer spray to clean down the place… the breakfast station was very disappointing also like nothing that was shown look the same. I see something and I say something… The front desk girl that work from 3-11… she’s very polite, kind, and very understanding. But I WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN! Thank you for having me even though.

Awful stay!!!
Customer service was great. The room wasn’t clean. The hotel hallway had a terrible order. The bed was very uncomfortable. It made noise everytime you moved. It was like sleeping on cardboard. I will not go back.
