Året runt utsikt från insidan av 3 500 kvadratmeter hemmet. Två våningar med öppen planlösning och två stora däck där du kan njuta av den pittoreska utsikten över Blue Ridge Mountains. Två bilgarage och stor uppfart för 6 fordon.

Detta vackra hem ligger på ett privat berg tvärs över Resort Drive från den enorma vattenparken inomhus / utomhus. 2 minuter bort. 4 minuter till resortporten. 8 minuter till skidbackarna. Läs mer information för viktig information och vad vi tillhandahåller.

Största spelrum på Massanutten. Brunswick skiffer biljardbord, ping pong, foosball, Shadow Turbo air hockey. Alla speltabeller är regleringsstorlek. Brädspel. Minikök med kylskåp i full storlek och mikrovågsugn. Visas i nedre däck med korgmöbler och fläkt utanför spelrummet.

Tre 55-tums HD-TV i vardagsrum, spelrum, 4: e sovrummet. Spelsystem Play Station 3 / Wii / Xbox / Xbox 360, Kinect, 200 + spel & DVD-filmer, höghastighets WIFI. 3 sovrum på huvudnivå har nya smarta TV-apparater. Tre fulla badrum och mycket utrymme inuti och ute för din familj tillflyktsort.

Vi möblerar: lyxark, kuddar, täcken, filtar, hårtorkar, köksartiklar, våffelmaskin, ninja mixer, Pani maker, mixer, blandningsskålar, förvaringskålar, bänkgrill, brödrost, långsam spis, Sliver ware, Corning ware, Kokkärl, servis och silverkläder för 12. Serveringsfat, rostningspanna, kaffebryggare och Keurig B70 (K-koppar ej inredda.) 24 kryddor. Handtvål, rengöringsartiklar. HD-tvättmedel. Klädångare. Startpappershanddukar och toalettpapper, papperskorgen.

Vi möter inte badhanddukar, tvättdukar eller telefon. Ta med en mobiltelefon och badhanddukar.

Övre däck har en tre-brännare Weber gasgrill med tank. Gas tillhandahålls inte.

MPOA-ägare poolkort för juni juli augusti, $ 5. 00 avgift per person per dag.
MPOA-pass till La Club (ägarklubb) för vår gäst. $ 15. 00 per person per dag.

We had a great stay! The place was super clean, well-stocked with great amenities, and the gaming tables downstairs were a huge hit. The location was perfect—just minutes from skiing and the waterpark. Would definitely stay again!

We celebrated our daughter’s graduation from JMU. The home was clean and well equipped. Kitchen had all the appliances and cooking ware we needed. Downstairs was ideal for our daughter and her two small children. Of note, with no thermostat downstairs, it was difficult to regulate the tempature and the gas fireplace emitted a gas odor so it was not used.

Excellent home and host! We’ve stayed at the house for many years and will continue to. We’ve never had any issues, and communicating with the host is quick and easy. Great location, rooms, games for entertainment and rental price. Highly recommend, but don’t go when we want to!

I can't think of a thing that needs improvement. From the beds, living areas, kitchen, etc., all are in excellent condition and immaculate. Our hostess, Paulam is very resposive and easy to work with. It's our second stay at this property.

We absolutely loved this property!!! It is sooo spacious and the game room is awesome. The screened in porch was an amazing space. We sat out there with a glass of wine on a rainy day. Everything was very clean and the house was well equipped. The home was decorated in Fall colors, which was a great touch. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Will definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful week at this location. When we walked in the door the house smelled so clean and fresh! And it was clean from top to bottom! The Kitchen had everything that we needed and we enjoyed eating there with our whole family! The house was perfect for the 10 of us that stayed there. Beds were clean and comfortable. The kids and adults loved the game room. The screened in back porch was such a nice place to set and just visit. Paula was wonderful to answer all of our questions and she responded immediately! The Host and the house were perfect! Thank you Paula we had a wonderful family vacation! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay Near Shenandoah

We had a fantastic stay here. The property was clean and offered a lot of room to spread out in. The kids loved having the basement room to themselves and had plenty of games to keep them busy. The deck was nice to relax on after a day of hiking. The one afternoon we used the pool there was almost no one else there. The host was great at communicating and very helpful!

Clean and relaxing

The property is clean and has plenty of space! There are table games to play and several tvs. The WiFi was reliable and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. While you can hear some normal road traffic, there weren’t any other people around or any late-night noise. I recommend bringing a couple 4-ft extension cords for more than one person to charge phones/tablets/gaming devices while in bed or on the couch. Overall, we had a great experience and the host was excellent!

Great 2nd stay at this lovely home

This is our 2nd time staying at this home and we had a great time. It is close to everything and has a great game room loaded with things to do. It has a wonderful screened in porch that is really relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and the host is great about answering questions quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

What a lovely house! The photos don't do it justice. It's warm, cozy, inviting, and very comfortable. A big selling feature was the awesome gameroom -- it didn't disappoint! One of our favorite moments was morning coffee and conversation on the relaxing screened-in, covered deck that felt like a tropical retreat. And to boot, the host couldn't have been nicer. Nestled in a charming neighborhood, this hideaway is top notch, and we look forward to returning.

Wonderful game room and family activities.

Pros: 1. Very clean2. Very comfortable beds3. Lots of fun activities for kids and adults.Cons: 1. You need to bring your own towels and washcloths, which is a pain for 7 family members. 2. You are asked to take your trash to the dump, which is about 3 miles from the house. 3. You are asked to strip beds and put laundry in the laundry room.I have not been asked to do all this at other VRBO vacation homes in the past. I felt like the cleaning crew instead of the guest at this house.

Large beautiful house and great location!

My husband and I brought my daughter, son-in-law and 5 kids to Virginia to celebrate our 50th Anniversary The house was beautiful and plenty of bedroom and everything you needed in the kitchen plus more. The game room, multiple tv’s, kept all very busy especially the kids. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Pros: Property was very clean and close to the ski resort/waterpark. Teenagers had plenty of games to keep them entertained. Pool passes provided but we didn’t use them as the pool was 10 minutes away. Cons: The house had 6 bath towels for a reservation of 11 people. No shower gel or hand towels. Checkout instructions included a garbage dump at a site 3.5 miles away from the property. After a 9 minute drive we arrived at the address described to find a post saying not allowed to leave garbage. The entrance of the property had a wasp nest and my brother (who’s allergic to them) got bit on his ear. Luckily my dad, who is a doctor, was with us. The property owner was not responsive. I sent an email asking for possibility of a late checkout (around noon on Saturday) to enjoy a relaxed Fathers Day breakfast on Sunday morning and never received an answer for yes or no. A no with have been fine but to ignore the email all together is not appropriate. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider or bring ear plugs as the house is by a main road and the first room on the left has a very loud noise (maybe the AC unit)

Perfect Property

The house was incredibly clean and in a great location. We were in town for a State track meet at JMU and it was very close to JMU. The game room in the basement was loved by my teenagers and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. I would definitely recommend this home.
