The lower level is where the fun lives. Gather in the dedicated movie theater room with its massive 100-inch screen for a true cinematic night in. Then challenge your crew to a game of shuffleboard or test your aim on the dartboard. Kids' laughter echoing through the lower level den is basically part of the package.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is fully loaded for groups who love to cook together. You'll find a full suite of appliances including a refrigerator with working ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and garbage disposal. Prep tools run deep - blender, crockpot, stand mixer, toaster, a complete set of pots and pans, baking pans, a knife block, and all the serving and dining pieces you need for a group of 10. Wine glasses, coffee mugs, and a corkscrew are all here. Kids eat well too - children's dishes and a pack-and-play are on hand.

Outdoor



Step outside and the forest takes over. The wood-burning fire pit sits on the far side of the home from the driveway, giving your group a private, tucked-away spot to gather under the stars. The propane grill is fully outfitted with a working tank, cover, and grilling utensils - ready for your first cookout. (Propane refills are the guest's responsibility.) The hot tub rounds out the outdoor experience beautifully, especially on cooler mountain evenings.



Guest Access:

Self check-in is simple and straightforward with a smartlock. A backup key lockbox is also available outside the home. Your host is available should any questions come up during your stay.



Parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles on a gravel surface. Please note that the driveway is both steep and narrow - 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is required, particularly during winter months. Road salt and a snow shovel are kept on property for winter guests.

Other Things to Note:

★ No pets permitted

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ The driveway is steep, narrow, and gravel - 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended

★ GPS may not navigate correctly to this property - the home sits at the very end of Sweet Rewards Farm Rd. Follow the host's arrival instructions carefully

★ The property has multiple levels: 2 steps up to the front porch, 16 steps to the loft, and 16 steps down to the lower level - not ideal for guests with limited mobility

★ Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher (located in the kitchen) are all on property

★ No HOA restrictions on file
