Nestled in the North Camp Community, Hilltop Cottage offers a peaceful space to enjoy the company of family and friends while only being located minutes from Deep Creek’s WISP Resort. When first walking in you are welcomed by stunning floor to ceiling wood workings and modern décor. Start your morning off with a fresh cup of hot coffee on the wrap around deck, soaking in the morning sunrise or take a short walk around the quiet neighborhood. After your morning routine, it’s time for everyone to head out for a day filled with adventure! In the Winter, spend the day out on the slopes skiing or snowboarding as this home resides in the Ski in/ Ski out community. You could also take the family out and head over to the Deep Creek Fun Zone for an afternoon filled with pizza, arcade games or even laser tag. There’s plenty to do in the Summer as well! Spend the day boating across the lake where you can dock at several of the restaurants for a delicious family lunch. Make sure to check out the many hiking trails at the State Park or spend the afternoon on the mountain roller coaster! After a day full of adventure head home to enjoy the many different amenities offered throughout the home including an EV charger for your car, or the indoor wood fireplaces. Soak your muscles in the warm bubbles of the hot tub or challenge the family to a game night on the ping pong table. Ski Access is located about .9 miles from the North Camp Slopes. Access dependent on slope availability. Slope availability does vary throughout the season. For slope conditions, please visit Wisp Resort’s website.

Lake access located along Marsh Hill Rd. Access is for fishing only. No swimming, kayaking, or launching of other vessels permitted.

AFTER BOOKING: An email will be sent to the address provided during check-out; please check for action items needed to secure your reservation. The subject of this email will start with "URGENT: Complete Your Booking For"... and may be in your Promotional/Marketing folders depending on your email provider and settings.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.
