“Brockville Best Western was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The building has been recently purchased, so the u[grades are still being done. The rooms are clean (no bugs) and well supplied.”

“My room was clean and comfortable. Nice selection at breakfast including hot coffee. Parking was plentiful and the lot is well lit. Nice to see the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion instead of the silly little sample bottles that are just too much plastic. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again.”

“Newly renovated rooms and hotel with breakfast and a pool helped us select this hotel in Brockville. Location is great, and renovations are certainly underway, but not complete. The front office is in a guest room temporarily and the main floor is in full renovation mode. Our room was well appointed and very clean. “Great for place to sleep and workout great for us, but there isn’t anything walkable if you are hoping to go out. A plus was that there was EV charging at the school next door. ”

“This a sadly neglected gorgeous old building. It felt like staying at someone's grandma's house. Dust, cobwebs, generally dirty, previous guest's food crumbs on the kitchen floor, dispensers in the shower completely empty, no milk and cream in the fridge as advertised. Passive aggressive garish signage about the "rules" all over the room and property. Way overpriced. Only redeeming quality is location. ”

“The whole experience was perfect. Jen communicated well, giving all the needed instructions about entry and free parking etc. The room and all areas of the property were well appointed, very clean and had obvious attention to detail. This place is off the charts in character. I had coffee in the turret and looked out to see the St Lawrence River. The stairs require some attention by anyone who climbs them. If was a bit more expensive than other options but well worth the extra. ”
