âThis hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff is wonderful, working hard to please and help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern, quiet and artistically decorated. The bar is great. Art is, as the hotel name implies, everywhere. I loved the ambiance!â

Only negative was I only had extremely hot water until my last day. They offered me a different room but it wasnât as good as the one I was in so I stayed. I was totally fine with the hot water because the room itself was amazing

âSuch a cool place! The room was spacious and clean, and it was a great location for exploring the city. Staff were super friendly, and the food and vibe of the restaurant were great!â

The only downside is the parking. It is in a garage that is not attached and crossing the alley late at night as a single woman would have been creepy. Otherwise all was good.â
âThe Plaza is a walk up hotel-no elevator, when we arrived, 6 of us for the weekend, the luggage cart was full! We had at least 3 of the young employees ask if they could help carry our things to our room, they were wonderful, very polite and friendly! We love the Plaza, itâs a beautiful old building with beautiful fixtures. One of the best parts is the full kitchen!â
âNice location by the lake. Nice entrance. Tired people in the reception area. Rooms and halls not renovated since the 70âs? Time to give the hotel a facelift! Lovely, serviceminded janitor though:)â
