Beautiful Place to Stay!
This is our favorite place to stay when we visit our family! It has lots of space to host family dinners and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Not to mention the view - it is stunning!!

Relaxing haven and amazing property
My husband, two daughters and I stayed at this gem of a property for college move-in weekend. Our daughter is a freshman and was nervous about being away from home for the first time and living independently. This rental provided us as a family the PERFECT opportunity for that transition. We could not have hoped for a better place to stay! Toni was incredibly fast to respond to all inquiries at all times, unbelievably kind and polite. Excellent communication aside, of all the rental properties we have stayed in over the years, nothing compares to this one. The level of personal touches is off the charts at this property. It was literally a home away from home. Everything we could have needed and then some was available for us to use and they were all quality items. The signa on the walls were inspirational and relaxing. The views were breathtaking and phenomenal. It is a very safe and extremely quiet property that is spacious and comfortable. We will be back to stay here again for sure. Thank you, Toni, for making this huge life transition so much easier on all of us by sharing your incredible property with us. We truly appreciate your kindness every step of the way!

A home with everything

Holiday Getaway
We were looking for a quiet stay away from city life over the holidays and that is exactly what we got here. Toni's place was exactly as we expected and hoped for based on the photos and description. Great House!
Toni's house was lovely and so well equipped, it honestly had everything that we needed. The house was probably one of the cleanest rentals that we've stayed in and Toni was easy to communicate with. After hiking at Redwoods, it was nice to come back to a comfy, cozy place to relax. Hopefully one day we'll be back!

Fabulous home!
We stayed here for four days with our friends and our dog. The home is beautiful, clean, well equipped and comfortable with an amazing setting. We spent every late afternoon/ early evening enjoying cocktails on the deck with gorgeous with views as far as the eye can see. It was hard to leave. We cannot wait to return.

Great location
Home was very clean and easy to access. The home was very well stocked with supplies. Kitchen was the best ever! Just a note for pet owners - the yard is not fenced and is shared. Due to other animals in the area I remained outside with our dog. In addition at times there were children walking through the yard/in front of the windows. The home lacks some privacy due to the proximity of the home next door. The master bedroom was excellent and a true suite. The second bedroom and sofa sleeper are in a loft area that is open to the rest of the home. As a result anyone cooking in the kitchen would wake those sleeping in the 2nd bedroom. Home worked for us but wished the back area contained a bed so someone could sleep/nap without being disturbed by those in the main area of the home.

Wow! Awesome!
We have stayed at many vacation rentals, and this one was our favorite. The house is spacious, VERY well equipped (better than most people’s homes, I would imagine), great views, and has very friendly hosts. The bed was perfectly soft and comfy. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

Great home - would definitely rent it again.
One of the cleanest houses and (hands down) best equipped kitchens we have ever rented! The beds were comfortable, showers great, and space (and privacy) for two couples exceeded our expectations. Although it was separated (but next) to the owners house, our rental was quiet and had an unobstructed view of Humbolt Bay. And, to top it all off, while the inland areas were suffering from 100+ heat, our 66-70 degrees provided an awesome break!

Not as expected
The property was not as expected because it sits extremely close to another house, nearly all windows look onto the other house or their driveway. The house basically shares a yard with the neighboring house and people were out working with noisy equipment, or kids playing, and barking dog wandering freely. It was impossible to come and go with any discretion or without encountering the barking dog. Inside the house, it was "packed" with ammenities like 2 coffee makers, a ping pong table and many TV's. Unfortunately, many items didn't really work such as jaccuzzi tub that didn't work, shower door that didn't close so water got everywhere, heater that wouldn't turn off, leaking kitchen faucet, ripped dining room chairs, broken blind in the bedroom, etc. Finally, the house was decorated in the most awful culturally appropriative art (golden buddhas, etc). On a positive note, the bed was excellent, and the kitchen was well stocked and the view was very nice.

Perfect retreat to slow it all down
Great jumping off point for hiking in the Redwoods and tide-pooling. It was always great to come back and relax a bit at the house before making a leisurely dinner on the grill. This place was stunning and was so well appointed in every way. Hope to be back!

Beautiful views!
On a clear day, the view is spectacular. It is very well equipped and a great home base for our trip to see the Redwoods! It would have been nice to know that there was another unit on the property. This is an entire (and quite large) guesthouse, but there is a shared yard and house is close. It wasn’t an issue, just a surprise.

Nice house, relaxing stay.
The house is located in a very nice neighborhood with beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding area. The kitchen had everything we needed, including 3 types of coffee makers and an air popper. There are also books and games available for guests. The reason I gave only 4 stars for cleanliness is because the oven and BBQ grill were extremely dirty, and we had to clean them. But everything else was clean and well-maintained.

Best Home Away experience ever
This property is located in what has always been a prime neighborhood in this town. Upon arrival, we found that there was a mix-up in the housekeeping, and all it took was a call to the owners and they were there literally there in minutes to rectify the situation - and they did it professionally, efficiently and gracefully. We were very satisfied with the attention and action taken, and more than compensated for our "inconvenience". These owners take the hospitality business seriously. The house is very comfortably furnished, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The beds are the kind that you don't want to get out of - very comfortable. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen is amazingly appointed - even better than my own! If you're traveling with kids, the house is configured perfectly - the upper floor is the perfect roomy lair for kids to hang out among themselves in. The pastoral view is gorgeous - beyond which you can see the ocean. Watching the morning Humboldt fog roll in and out is very calming. This is a place that will make you feel pampered, relaxed, and at peace. I cannot recommend it highly enough, and I know that we'll be back. Thank you Toni & Molly for everything!

Awesome Vacation Space with Excellent Views and Amenities
This is an amazing place to stay. Easy to find, convenient to freeway access and amazing views of the ocean. We found it spotlessly clean and well appointed. The kitchen, for instance, was well stocked with extra appliances like a waffle make, kitchen aid mixer, coffee maker, etc. Rooms were spacious and well laid out. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get away and relax in luxury.

Scenic, relaxing and conveniently located
The owner of this property thought of pretty much everything as far as amenities. There were a lot of activities and games for the kids on the property, including a netted trampoline and a dual shot basketball arcade game. The property overviews the water in the distance and is surrounded by green. The location is about 10 minutes from the Eureka airport. My recommendation would be to have the bed upstairs made into two twins beds. Check-in was simple and smooth. We would stay there again!

Wonderful Guest House
We had a wonderful stay here during our visit to the Redwoods. The house had everything that we needed for our 4 night stay and was very well appointed and tastefully setup and furnished. Our 13 year old daughter loved the loft and we enjoyed the master bath/bedroom. The view of the Pacific was very nice to relax to in the mornings and evenings and the kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. If we had known how nice the house was we may have stayed for a few more days. The property is a guest house very close to the owners residence but the parking is separate and we did not have any privacy or noise issues. We would definitely stay here again.

We didn't want to leave!
If you're looking for a place that feels like home. This is it. We stayed for a week and it just wasn't long enough. The kitchen had every appliance you could think of. We cooked all of our meals there. The dining table was comfortable and spacious. There's even a great dining area on the covered deck with beautiful views of agriculture and the ocean off in the distance. After a meal, you can cozy up on comfy couches or sit outside to soak up the sun. We are a family of four and there was more than enough room to sit together and stretch out insideor outsidethe home. They also have a great library in the house for readers. My daughter found a couple of books to read that week. She hid away in the upstairs lounge space that can be completely closed off. Couches, a recliner and a bean bag offered plenty of cozy spaces to choose from. Both of our teens had a great time avoiding us up there! At the top of the stairs you'll find a pull out couch, and in another area there is a full bathroom, and a comfortable queen bed. Since it's a loft space, we were worried about noise but discovered that it was never an issue. Convenient pull down shades offer privacy and dim lighting if desired. Speaking of privacy, the master bedroom was a dream. The bed and linens were absolutely perfect-loved all the pillows. Perfect for reading or watching TV. Gorgeous fireplace for chilly coastal evenings. Our favorite parts though were the jacuzzi tub and large jetted shower. What a treat! Another feature that we appreciated was the wonderful laundry room. Since we had spent the previous 2 weeks traveling in Oregon, we definitely needed to do a couple loads and it was so great not to have to spend time in a laundromat somewhere in town. That same area even has a computer and office area if needed. Connected to the laundry room is the garage where we had fun playing with the basketball shootout- just like you'd see in an arcade game room. The house's location was perfect. Right near shopping and highways. There are so many beautiful spots to explore just within minutes. We had the best time and so appreciated the homeowners who trusted us with their beautiful property in a tranquil neighborhood. If we ever need a place to stay again in the area, we hope this one is available. Thank you so much for letting us make memories here!

Perfect home for our family of 5. Our focus was hiking in the Redwoods, exploring the beaches, & whitewater rafting. Ideal location & the home itself was perfect. Fantastic rental
Spectacular rental. Clean, beautiful furnishings and very spacious. No detail is missing, kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Pantry stocked with spices and oils for cooking.
