âPhenomenal as always. Clean, all you could need in a stay conveniently supplied. Absolutely love it here. This is my 5 time staying and I would only stay here when I visit Waco. Thank you to the staff and owner who make it very homey. â
âWhat a pleasant experience! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. Gave us spot on restaurant recommendations for visitors during Welcome week. Kudos to whomever arranged for vendors to bring game day ready clothes and accessories to browse and shop! Saved me a trip!

âThe ice maker onthe floor beeped loud in tye early mornings! And the showers had very powerful pressure and SCALDING water. It was impossible to change the temperature!!â

Downtown streets were littered with trash Sunday morning. Waco can do better!â

The rooms were good but our room faced some that played incredibly loud music until 2 in the morning so we didn't sleep well, which is the point of a hotel. They could have warned us, given us earplugs, another room and or compensation. No one should fool me that they didn't know anything. Apparently Backyard has gigs every Saturday.â
âThis property is involved in fraudulent activities. They are taking the money for reservations and when you show up and see this nasty, disgusting place, they tell you that the city of Waco has shut them down and they will cancel your reservation so you can get your refund. Then they proceed to deny your refund. They are scamming people. They are located very close to Baylor University and they are using that to get reservations and taking peoples money. The pictures on the site does not look...
