“The size of our suite was surprisingly large, we had everything we needed. Zero issues or problems our entire stay. ”

“The staff were excellent. But this establishment is run down. You pay top dollar, but no internet included. The dental kit has no toothpaste, you have to ask for that seperately. The maintanence guy had to fix both toilet and shower for it to function properly. The faucents in the lobby bathroom are ice cold to wash the hands (to save money). Every portion of the hotel is maximizing to give you as little value as possible for your stay which is not what you expect from a Ritz establishment. The...

“We were 3 adults and 2 children i a 2 bedroom suite and it worked very well. The rooms were clean but a bit dark. Great with a kitschen and there was a big grocery store just 5 min walk from the hotell. Breakfast was the usuall american sugerloaded stuff, simple but ok. The pool was nice and had a lifeguard the entite time it was open (10am-8pm).”

“The host is a poor communicator, rude and not accommodating.”
