“We loved our stay! The home is beautiful and clean. The hostess was so kind and helpful. Our stay was very comfortable. The location is great for Grout Museum and downtown Waterloo. The breakfast was delicious!! ”

“A really cool hotel with very friendly staff. The only down side was the breakfast that wasn’t fully included. You got a voucher to use in the neighboring cafe, but it wasn’t enough to cover a full breakfast and the cafe was closed on Mondays. However, the cafe was great!”

“Room was good as always, TV was not working management found a temporary fix, offered to move us to a different room. This hotel and room 601 will always be our go to spot when we come to visit our kids and grandkids.
The entire staff here needs to be acknowledged by corporate for the above and beyond customer service they provide!!!”
