“The front desk attendant was not helpful. She was rude when I asked about getting a bottom floor room because we had a baby and had to carry a lot of luggage upstairs by ourselves since the property did not have an elevator. Bottom floor rooms are reserved for pets? Can’t pets walk up the stairs?”

“The stay was mediocre, but to top it all off because a few of the Linens got dirty they decided to try and charge me $560 for a washcloth being dirty, two of the cheap hand rag style floor mats for the shower we're dirty and I spelled a small amount of tea on a sheet. Apparently justifying them trying to charge me over half $1,000”
