Very close to McMinnville City Center. Comfortable beds. It’s an older house, so the bathrooms are smaller than modern bathrooms.

Cozy in McMinville

Great place for two friends to hang out for a visit. You can walk to shops and restaurants and the neighborhood is quiet except for the usual leaf blowers on Friday morning, which you get almost anywhere you travel. One bedroom has a very small, but functional bathroom attached.. The other has a large bathroom down the hall. Contact with property manager is top notch and much appreciated.

The house is as advertised. 2 blocks from downtown, right dab in the middle of the majority of the wineries. The house was spotless upon arrival with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Even had an outdoor propane heater but wasn’t needed this stay. The main bed was very comfortable as it was just my wife and I so we didn’t use the other one. The AC unit kept the house very comfortable. Host gave us all the information needed to have an enjoyable time and was available if needed. All in all if coming back to the area by ourselves or with kids would definitely stay here again.

Fun family weekend

We came to McMinnville for a wedding at a vineyard. We loved staying in this house because it is so close to the great little downtown plus has everything you need to cook and relax.
