The most positive part is that the majority of the staff was very kind and helpful (except the manager in Cafe Ombre, who was ice cold, never said hi, never looked you in the eyes, and basically kind of irritated all the time). The beds were rock hard and not nice st all to sleep in. The food in the Azure restaurant were good sometimes, and sometimes felt like old leftovers. So it was up and down. The desserts were great and super tasty however :)"
