âThis is a recently renovated Gold Rush era hotel, very quaint and authentic. The rooms and bathrooms have been updated to modern standards which is nice, but have authentic period decor/antiques. The town is VERY small and cute, extremely quiet (in general) and a walkable historic self-guided tour. It makes a great base of operations for exploring the area.
A couple of things to know: it is 3 story, but because of the age, there is no elevator (typical with Gold Rush era hotels). They have one...

OMG! It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The room is so beautiful. We felt like we were living in Harry Potter's house, minus where Harry really lived in.
Our only wish is that we can live in a place like this permanently.

âIt was such a fun place to be in. Seemed like "glamping" under the pine trees. New room and shower, many amenities and near Old Town Grass Valley. Would like to visit again in the future.â
âEden Vale is a hidden gem! We accidentally stumbled across the Inn while looking for accommodations close to Roseville. The location is closer to Placerville, but not far from Roseville. Small and quaint, the staff was courteous and attentive. The room was beautiful and we even had an outdoor tub (private). We will definitely be back when we visit the area! â
âThis is a great deal. If you need a clean place to stay the night in a safe area this is your choice. Very simple design with upgraded interior and has fridge and microwave. Basically two bedrooms to sleep in and bathroom /shower but perfect for what we needed coming in late. â
