“Was disappointed when we found a roach in the pool area shortly after arrival. Thankfully it was dead but definitely made me feel uneasy about the rest of our stay. However, the staff was kind and location was ideal plenty of food and gas near by.”

“This place has definitely seen better days. I tried to save a few bucks but the cost was still the same as if I stayed across the parking lot at Holiday Inn. The bedding was very worn out and had visible stains and strands of hair. I went to the Family Dollar to purchase bedding. So, yeah, the money I spent doing that was the same as if I’d stayed somewhere else. Would’ve had a better peace of mind”

“When checking in, the office staff wasn’t overly friendly but I think he was stressed because there was a plumbing issues this led to water being turned off later that evening, I will make note that he waited till we had showered. Kudos to him for that. We woke in the morning to no water. We asked for a refund but he asked for another hour. Within the hour the water was back on so we could shower and get out fod our day. “I never leave negative reviews and overall we loved the hotel. Beware, however, the hotel charged me a balance remaining between them and Expedia stating I needed to seek a refund from Expedia for them underpaying my stay. I paid the same price on Expedia as the advertised hotel rate. I was also charged for parking on property and did not. I’ve left messages since my stay for the GM and have not heard back him.”
