“While the building is a bit dated, we liked the inside unit which is very spacious. The cleanliness could be improved as we found the coach dirty and dusty, and there were lots of small ants in the dining area and on the kitchen counter. The location is very convenient. “The inside of the condo was great and very well maintained. However, the outdoor space was disappointing. The condo faces the main highway which was quite busy and noisy. The back is on a gravel road with no view. There was no where to enjoy the outdoors that was peaceful unless you walked to the small beach area about 7 minutes away. The beach area is very small and very close to the marshy area.”
