Latitude Adjustment Cottage

Welcome to the Latitude Adjustment Cottage! Wide open 3 beds one bath nestled in a cozy knotty pine ranch with views of the Tri-Lakes. Private outdoor fire pit and patio in the back is ready for all the s'mores you can eat. Front deck offers plenty of sunbathing and a gas grill, and a quick step down, an area ready for any yard game.
The space
The bunkbed room and one of the queen beds are semi-private from each other, they share a sliding barn door from the rest of the house. The third bedroom sitting in the front of the house has the most privacy, but also the most windows.
Guest access
Guests will have 4 parking spaces available (2 in the driveway and 2 on the street). We also provide two kayaks and life jackets for guest usage. Water access is located slightly to the right and across the quiet road in between two houses. It is two-track path and is a public access to the lake. PLEASE keep in mind that the houses on either side are private residences, do not trespass.
Other things to note
We do not list that the house has AC, but we have since put in a 10,000 BTU portable unit. Although it does not cool the entire house down, it can be a nice reprieve from the outside on hot days. We provide 6 Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor table w/ 4 chairs. We try to keep them as clean as possible, but often it can be hard with all of the elements.
