The hotel was Nice but the employers didnt have a smile. No service, not so good st English. I Hope that there manager takes care if this. We stayed at Martiotte in Medan first for 4 nights. The people there was so Nice all the time. They asked all the time if We want something and served us in the Morning at breafast. Very family feeling. At Adomulia We didnt feel that at sll😢

This hotel is very grand and spacious. The pool is very good, although some shelter would good, as it is very hot in the surrounding area. Although Medan itself has little to offer tourists, the hotel is in a good position for shopping - there is a Starbucks opposite and a short walk from a minimart.

This truly is an amazing hotel. The employees are incredibly professional, friendly, polite, and helpful. The property is beautiful - inside and out. The rooms are pleasant, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great, and the restaurant is fairly priced and has delicious food. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Medan.

Best stay yet at Adimulia.
I have stayed in this hotel many times and, staff are very friendly and helpful, this latest trip however was best yet as the room we were given was large and there was separate bath and shower. I will be requesting room 1050 again.

love the bedding and indoor playground
we love our stay at this hotel. The bedding is so comfortable. Definitely we will stay here everytime we visit medan.

Excellent value for money. Huge sized room with two large twin beds. Evening buffet was not great but was cheap enough. The inclusive breakfast was good. Very near to Sun Plaza for shopping.

Pleasant stay with friendly staff
This was our second long stay in the hotel after 3 or 4 months interval. We found it extremely comfortable again. The hotel is conveniently located in the midst of office, commercial and residential area combined. The staff was so friendly that we felt this place as our home away home. We shall look forward meeting those friendly staff again In the quite near future.

An excellent staycation

Wonderful new hotel in the heart of the city!
The checkin was fast and smooth, room and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean inside out, rooms and whole hotel is tastefully decorated, room was spacious(including big bathroom) and very comfortable. The bed(King Koil brand) incl. pillows was delightful to sleep in and probably the best I've ever tried. Housekeeping and all the staff is doing perfect job and very polite and attentive. Breakfasts are very nice with good selection however for the longer stays more variety of day to day options would be nice. I have tried many hotels in Medan over the last 10 years and this one is definitely the best and will stick to it for the future. I do not understand why the star rating on hotels.com is only 3.5 stars because officially the hotel is 4 stars and beats the other 5 stars hotels in the city. Highly recommended!!!

The water drain in the shower room did not go down immediately make the shower uncomfortable with the water all over the ground , or else the stay will be 5 Star.
