Very good hotel. Staff are excellent and friendly. Excellent breakfast and great variety…only thing was if could change a few dishes from day to day. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I spent 3 nights in the Grand Mercure, before and after my jungle trek and Toba tours and each night was a great, different room. Herbert handled my check in with professional and kind greetings Abd Eggi showed me to features of the room and promptly brought my bag up. I loved the lounge and coffee shop in the ground floor with live piano music.

War in Ordnung
Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer hat etwas gemüffelt und man sollte nicht zu genau in die Ecken schauen. Insgesamt war es aber absolut in Ordnung. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war reichhaltig, allerdings war alles etwas schmuddelig.

The deluxe room was wonderful. It was large and had a very comfortable king bed. Breakfast at 8:30 on Sunday morning was very crowded and the wonderful staff kept up with replenishing the buffet. Check in and out were very smooth.

로비 리모델링으로 산뜻함, 호텔룸은 깨끗하나 화장실은 노후로 보수 필요, 주변에 식당이 없고 KFC만 있음, 호텔옆 이슬람 사원이 있어 새벽 4시에 잠을 깸. 아침식사는 양과 질적으로 매우 만족함. 화장실에 일반 타올이 없고 샤워타올만 있음. 옷장에 옷걸이 부족함. 헬스센타는 넓은 편임
