"Mixed feelings.
1. Staff - needs to understand that having fun and forget the customer in front of you is the biggest NO-NO.
Receptiondesk in the evening needs service training.
2. Man at entrance - top notch! So friendly.
3. Planning and standard of the rooms. So much ambition but not been able to maintain - water leaking in shower. Big sea on the floor.
4. Toilet flushing one button not working.
5. The wall - chosing painted wall and white color is like asking for trouble looks dirty/ old / at the moment
6. Free WiFi not able access at all - compared to most hotels in EU this is the most importatant single task to fix.

7. Sunday evening the corridor is filthy and overloaded and full of empty bottles/ food on plates - approx outsode 10 rooms on my short walk.
