The Neighborhood:
The beautiful neighborhood of El Poblado is close to all the action of the city but maintains a calm and serene environment. Calle 3 Building is only a 3-minutes walk from the shopping center Del Este where you can find Exito supermarket, as well also only a 5 minutes you walking you'll find the shopping center El Tesoro with a variety of restaurants and fast food places.
If you walk around 15 minutes, you will reach El Tesoro shopping center where you can find a great variety of restaurants, stores. In another direction, you can find one of the largest nighlife in the city, Provenza/Parque Lleras. If you don't want to walk, a taxi can take you to these places for a minimum fare ($1.50).

Getting Around:
El Poblado is an area that is easily walkable, but Medellin is a city with many mountains, so it may be better to opt for an Uber, which are plentiful in the city. If you have a car, don't worry about looking for a parking space, Calle 3 has a free underground garage for all our guests.
