This house worked well for our group. There were 3 senior couples, one from CA and 2 from Portland meeting to enjoy Ashland and see some plays. The house was great for us, it had a good kitchen with enough tools and dishware, 2 well functioning bathrooms and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. It was a very relaxing time and we would like to reserve the house again.

The property was in a great location with easy walking distance to downtown and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the outdoor seating areas. The home was clean and comfortable. It was helpful to have bedrooms upstairs so other guests could stay up a bit later downstairs.

Lots of room for our family of 4, with loevely outdoor areas. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. AC needed fixing but the host was very quick to respond. The full kitchen was convenient but not super stocked. The grill needed a gpod cleaning so we opted not to use. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

loved staying here! only “miscommunication” was that the address we were given didn’t match up with the property, but we figured it out pretty quickly. also, we weren’t able to use the oven cuz it started smoking when we turned it on. but it wasn’t a big deal. home had all the amenities and was so comfortable for our party of 8. great location! thank you!

What a lovely stay. We came to Ashland to enjoy mountain biking, walking in Lithia Park and two plays. The Blue Hyacinth lodging had a well stocked kitchen, was super clean and comfortable as well as so convenient to downtown with walking distance to the Oregon Shakespeare plays. Would return again!

Our stay was great. The house was super clean and had everything you need. My only suggestion would be to add shower mats to each tub/shower, as they are super slippery without.

Great place, great location!

My friends and I booked both the blue and pink houses and it was the perfect setup, walkable to the town and the theatres but a nice quiet area around the houses. Totally recommend and will try and come back again!

The cottage was perfect for a two day stay for our family of nine (ages 82 to 12). Clean, charming, with everything we needed. We did have a bit of trouble finding bedding for one of the fold-out beds—note on fridge referred to a small refridgerator in living room which is apparently no longer there, but we located the bedding in a locked closet. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces and were able to walk to town, restaurants, and the theater. For those planning to walk home after dark, I would suggest carrying a flashlight as there were no street lights. We felt perfectly safe, just a matter of finding out footing, especially for the older ones. Thank you!

My family and I stayed here during our visit to Ashland. It was perfect for our little kids. There was a small yard for them to play in safely.

Wonderful place. Only issue was when we checked in at 4pm the place had not been cleaned. We had to wait almost two hours before we could move into our rooms. The cleaning crew was amazing, and the property manager was very apologetic. The other issue is people should read the amenities list carefully. It lists having a washer and dryer but if you read further down it says you have to have a minimum stay to use the machine. This should be stated near the top where it lists the appliances as people may make their decision to stay on access to laundry. Otherwise it is a terrific place, close to downtown, quiet, cozy and lovely setting. Recommend it highly.
