“Our room was really spacious, with air con, which we appreciated in the very hot weather. It was great to have free parking right outside the hotel. The staff are all super friendly and speak great English and service was of a really high standard. Dinner was really delicious with a welcome prosecco and amuse bouche and we enjoyed eating it on the terrace overlooking the river. “Lovely villa in a quiet part of Barga city centre. 5 minuters walk from old town; pizzeria, gas station and a great supermarket even closer. The villa is simply lovely! Old and beautiful with lots of charm, but carefully modernised with A/C etc. Superb breakfast and a lovely terrace next to the pool area; great to sit and have a drink before dinner. Staff super friendly and professional. Free parking too. If we could give the villa more than a 10/10, we would. We would also love to come back!”

She greeted us warmly upon arrival and facilitated a smooth check in. She ensured that breakfast was to our liking and was most informative and helpful throughout the stay. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und friedlich gelegen; es war dennoch möglich, tagsüber Getränke im Restaurant zu erhalten (10m von unserem Zimmer) oder im Farmladen zu erhalten. Das Baden im Pool und im Fluss (ca. 10 min Fussweg) war bei der Hitze sehr erfrischend und das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage.
