“Everything was fine until all the elevators quit working after a normal rain storm. We were staying on the 5th floor. Checkout was no fun carrying all our luggage five flight of stairs.”

The staff was friendly, but we are also kind people, so... Didn't try the breakfast, but the coffee was good and plentiful. No complaints from this non- complaining family. Just grateful!”

“Front desk overnight was terrible. He completely ignored me to finish his game on his phone. Bed sheets and blanket were dirty and when you asked the front desk for help he said he had no access to clean linen. Then when we asked for a late check out the morning guy told us flat out no because housekeeping would yell at him.”
